Does anyone know the size of the bolt that holds the dist. down?

IIRC it's got a 1/2" head which should be a 5/16" UNC bolt.

The parts book should have the exact specs, if you have one. Mine are packed away unfortunately.

5/16" - 18 x 1" and 5/16" lock washer.
