1950 Champion breakers

Hoping someone can take a look and tell me where the two breakers are to be fastened under/behind the dash.

I'm away from home without access to manuals, but I'm pretty sure there will be a photo of the back side of the instrument panel pointing out the breakers in your shop manual. Look in the Body section where it shows instrument panel R & R.
