  • V8 Firing Order & Valve Setting

I have tried to find out what the firing order, cylinder numbering layout and valve adjustment settings on a 1960 259 V8 Lark but have had no luck. Does any one know where I could look?

Studebaker passenger car Shop Manual. Available from Studebaker International Inc for $48.00 US.
    Firing order is 1,8,4,3,6,5,7,2.

If you already have the book look under group III and your engine. All you are asking about is on the first couple of pages of the section.
    Good luck!
