  • What size fender welt?

I see Steele Rubber offers fender welt with two different bead sizes--1/4" and 3/16". What size do I need for the rear fenders on a '48 Champ Starlight? Might pick some up at Turlock.

1/4, the 3/16 would be appropriate for cars from the 1930's.

Paint it the color of your car, unless your car is black, before you install it.
