  • Underhood Light Identification ?

I picked up some Studebaker parts this fall and there were several of these lights with no part number or identification. I assume they are underhood lights, but could be trunk lights. The are stamped "Hobbs Div. Stewart-Warner Corp, Springfield, Ill. Pat. No's 2,107,570 2,187,759".
Do they look familier to anyone? Thanks.

There's no kill switch on these.

those might be trunk lights, I think those just hooked up to the taillight wire.

They look like the under hood light AC-731 from the 1940 studebaker accessory catalog except those attached to the firewall and faced down. To do that the bracket should have a 90 degree angle.
