Where is the back up light switch located?

It's located under the console by the shifter. The neutral safety switch is there as well...if you have an automatic.

You really should purchase a shop manual and parts book, that purchase will lessen the stress in your life.

I have all the manuals. I also have most of the parts suppliers lists also. Many of those listed are closed or out of business. Many think they have the parts but will have to look. Many don’t return calls. I rather list it on here and see if anyone has the part for sale. I have 3 Studebakers and spend lots of money on parts. No one has rejected my check or credit cards. If my posts are bothering you feel totally free to just dismiss them.

My my, an honest comment seems to have you in a "tizzy" The amount of disposable cash you allocate for parts is not remotely tangential to the subject matter at hand. Please enjoy the holiday and be aware of the infamous tryptophan slumber:-)
