54 horn ring. I seat the spring on.top of nut and place my horn ring over it, screwing the ring into place, being aware of plastic insulators also keeping the brass contact centered in the dimple. I have no horn.Removing the hornring I thought a jumper wire from the brass contact to the bignut would play the horns. It does not. I can jump wire from the brass contact to the face of the turn signal switch or elsewhere on the car and the horns work.
