Assuming you have a split brake system, it would be 1561611.

I find that a Dorman M56193 is a direct fit for the 1964 commander if you do not mind it having a bail to hold the lid on i know it is not original but my cars are all drivers so that does not matter to me
I just try to keep them on the road

So does that one have the Lines to the Engine as the original ?
For Drum Brakes It should have both reservoirs the same size, and have a 1 inch bore as the 1970's Jeep and AMC M/C's do.

This one actually fits, with 2, 1/2-20 inverted flare ports and a 1 inch bore. Plus the 1/8" Pipe thread Stop Light Switch port is on the bottom.

I wish you well with Dorman, their units are made in China and I have gone through three masters for my Grand Marquis:-( Nothing like the feeling of driving the car and the brake pedal going to the floor;-(

Do we know if the ones that are from studebaker venders are not from china. I went to the parts house to get some wheel bearings and ask if i wanted house brand or name brand thay pulled both brands they both said made in china i left with the house brand as it was cheaper i thank it is a crap shoot when buying any car parts now days you just do not know
what you are getting any more i will try anything once if that doesent work i will try somthing else like i said before all my cars are nice drivers

At least you can count on the NOS Studebaker Vendor Parts being 100% USA or Canada !
Standard aftermarket Mechanical replacement parts some Yes, some "Other".
