  • Brakes: What was the original disc brake rotor thickness?

Can someone please share the original thickness on the 63/64 disc brake rotors? I know the minimum recommended thickness is 0.330 inch but I'm wondering what they started out as.

I have a used set that mics 0.360 and they need turned. Not sure if there is enough meat left or if I should search for another good used set that are thicker. I know there are repos out there.

.030" should be plenty of meat to turn them. IIRC, the original thickness was 3/8", .375".
