Good evening,
Awhile back I asked about what I could use to replace my weathered firewall liner and kick panels for my 62 Lark that sits outside in the weather year round , someone out there suggested corrugated plastic (Thanks for the suggestion)
So I have cut out a replacement firewall liner and kick panels and now I want to glue some extra carpet to the liner and kick panels but wonder if good old contact cement will work to glue carpet to the plastic on one side and apply the fiberglass batting from the original firewall liner to the flip side.
If contact cement wont work, what do you suggest?
Thanks,
Jeff
