Only if you run the Power Wire through a Volt-A-Drop unit to reduce the Voltage to 6 Volts.
I don't know if you will have to isolate it from ground, due to it being designed for a Positive Ground System and running it on a negative ground 12 Volt System.
That depends on the type of voltage drop unit you use I believe.StudeRich

If this is an original al clock it should be ok. If its been converted to electronic probably not. This has been covered in the forum before if you can find it. As usual there are a variety of opinions expressed.American iron, real old school
With two tone paint, it sure is cool
Its got 8 cylinders and uses them all
With an overdrive that just won't stall
With a 4 barrel carb and dual exhausts
With 4.23 gears it can really get lost
Its got safety belts and I ain't scared
The brakes are good and the tires are fair.
Tried to sell her, but got no taker
I"ll just keep driving my Studebaker

My 12 volt conversion will be negative ground. As I will disconnect the battery between car shows and driving for pleasure, the clock will always not have the correct time. So, I think I'll just leave it disconnected. Thank for all the replays.
