Is the gas cap on a 1963 Avanti vented? Where can I get a correct gas cap? Thanks Howard

The gas tank itself is vented, so the cap does not need to be vented, I assume that Studebaker did it this way because any fuel sloshed out of a vented cap on an Avanti might get onto the quarter panel.

Here is an example of what gasoline can do to acrylic lacquer paint (which our Avantis were originally painted with). This happened before my ownership, so I don't know how this happened. Did a previous owner use a vented gas cap, fill the tank fully, and go around right-hand turns fast? Your guess is as good as mine.
