  • Brakes: 1958 Hawk Non AC Brake bleeding the Hydro vac system

Ok I am back yet again with another question, On a 1958 Packard Hawk Hydro vac brakes non AC where do you start bleeding the brake system? I have 2 manuals 1 says start at the vacuum control bleeder and 1 says start at the hydraulic control valve bleeder both of which are on the bootser. The Vacuum bleeder is on top the hydraulic bleeder is on the lower front end.
    Any insight?
    Thanks in advance

Start at the highest point on the booster, then the front (of the booster), then bleed the rest of the wheels as normal.

What they call a vacuum bleeder is confusion, because it is the air control valve for actuating the vacuum assist, but in reality it is all controlled by brake fluid pressure.
