    Easy there young Matthew...
There's some 'issues' that might well blow this deal away.
I'll let you know the 'where' part when we get it figured out.

Off what highway is it located? How many acres? And, the most important part, how's the best way to get to it from Hazlehurst?

        Great news! (for me anyways)
Deal 'A' got blown out of the water due to some serious problems with the building (thank goodness for a quality home inspection)..
Found another great place in Brooklet, Florida and we are scheduled to close next Wednesday afternoon....
Can't wait to move in and set up...
        Jeff[8D]

PS: Oh... Matthew.. I can't make it to your chapter meeting tomorrow, but will be joining your chapter when the dust settles..
Mapquest says it is 95 miles....

You're moving to Brooklet, FL? I thought you were moving to Brooklet, GA. I have a sister in Brooklet, GA.

Matthew, I think the Florida reference was a typo. I've been in FL for six months and still have a hard time not saying 'Michigan'. I think it's going to take Jeff a little while before the Georgia references become natural. It's too bad the Vadalia deal fell thru. I wanted to make an onion run...

I've already checked and it's a typo. I guess we're gonna have to Jawjuhtize him!

                  Thanks Joe.
The ordeal os almost 'half' over...
We both really like the place we stumbled upon and are anxious to get in and get it set up.

It's a 5.95 acre spread that has three cotton fields for next door neighbors. It is such a quiet setting that my ears were ringing walking around there.
Best part is my wife has already 'donated' the barn to me and I am building her a much smaller stable for her horses. All I need to do is pour the floor(s) and put in new lighting.
Best part is the mortgage.... None!

I hope I can get there sometime and help out. I might can get my grandad to come along too. He likes riding in my '59; I even let him drive it sometimes.
