    Shop manual calls for a cork grease washer. Any one using neoprene or some other than cork?

    There are teeth in the washer and would be hard to make.

      Use paper gasket material. Lay a piece over the washer and pres hard, you may get a good enough imprint to cut a pattern. The thin stuff may work better, and you may need 2.

        This is a 55 Commander, the pt no is 522053 and SI says no stock. So need to come up with something.

          I used an o-ring as described in this thread: http://forum.studebakerdriversclub.c...ht=spline+seal
          Seems to work fine.
