  • William (Bill) Patterson

I am very sorry to inform you that longtime Studebaker Owner and Ontario Chapter member, Bill Patterson has passed away.
Bill along with his wife Joan have been very active SDC members as I have known them for 25 years and up until a couple of years ago they attended most of our events and International SDC Meets over the years.
Those familiar with Bill's handy work with all things Studebaker know, from complete 400 point Avanti restorations to his technical expertise rebuilding superchargers, R2 engines Bill was a top shelf asset to the hobby.
    He will be missed.

I remember Bill when I was living in Toronto in my mid 20's in the early 1990's.

What a guy with a wealth of knowledge and a really nice bloke.

He was one of the few people I knew that had fabulous cars at that time.

It might have been in 2002 when I last chatted to him.

Another great one has left us.
