Wayne Castor - RIP
Wayne Castor died this week. He'd been in the SDC almost since it was started. He was a charter member of the Midway Chapter in Kansas in 1970. He served as an officer multiple times through the decades, and served as the Regional Manager for a number of years. Wayne was a fountain of Studebaker knowledge, and a welcomed Studebaker mechanic who didn't just work on his own Studebakers, but the Studebakers of club members - keeping them running in safe and dependable order. He was also a member of the Avanti Owners Association International. His influence as a Studebaker Ambassador was consequential, and he will be missed.
