  • Roly Lusted

I received this message from my friend Larry (04-06-23), regarding Susan Lusted's husband Roly:
Frank---- Susan Lusted called me earlier---
I was aware that Roly, her husband, was admitted to hospital a few days ago.
He was in ICU and seemed to be rallying but this afternoon he passed away.
Susan believes he had severe colitis, maybe a severe infection, and was
    having pain and breathing difficulties.

    Frank

Spelling on the last name needs to be corrected to Lusted, not Lustig. Roly was a great guy and a talented restorer who will be missed. Sympathies to Sue and family.

On September 10, 2016, the Hamilton Chapter celebrated IDYSD with the installation of the commemorative plaque installation on the former Hamilton Factory sight. At the time, Roly was our chapter president and chaired the committee. Here is a link to it. https://forum.studebakerdriversclub....in-hamilton-on

Roly was one heck of a nice guy, I am so saddened by this news. We have had many good chats about Studebakers and I have bought some parts from him over the past few years.
RIP Roly, you will be missed.
