Dick was a great guy whom I enjoyed talking with at various meets. He also had quite a promo collection.

I remember Dick & Joan from 3 decades attending meets at SB where I frequently had tables across the aisle from them.. He always had a good assortment of quality, rare NOS parts and was remarkably fit & energetic for his age. We shared a fondness for Packard Hawks & Avantis, which he owned in addition to his '31 four seasons roadster & his yellow '37 Cpe Exp. In '18, Dick & Joan brought what he said was the last of his parts to sell at the May meet. He was an outstanding gentleman.
