    Susan Diane Keith, 68, of Burlington, died at 2:30 AM Wednesday, October 2, 2019, at her home in Burlington under the care of Great River Hospice.
    Born March 6, 1951, in Burlington, she was the daughter of Henry Charles and Helen May Gladman Ohlmutz. She married James House in June 1968, they later divorced. On May 26, 1984, she married Terry Lee Keith in Burlington.
    She worked in food service at various restaurants including Long John Silvers, Arby's, Orange Julius and in the kitchen at the Danville Care Center.
    Susan was a member of Moose Lodge #579 and the Studebaker Car Club. She enjoyed looking up ancestry, dancing, and karaoke and was a die hard Chicago Cubs fan. She also loved dogs, particularly, dachshunds.
    Survivors include husband, Terry of Burlington; daughter, Kathy House of Burlington; step-daughter, Amber (Ryan) Long of Iowa City; two granddaughters Becca Dunlap and Lindsey Jackson, two step-grandchildren, Ava and Aiden; brother, Dennis Ohlmutz of Burlington; sister, Marilyn Gerth of Arizona; several nieces and nephews; and her dog, Willie.
    She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, David and Larry Ohlmutz, and one daughter, Teresa.
    Visitation will be from 12:00 PM until 5:00 PM with the family to receive friends from 3:00 PM until 5:00 PM Sunday, October 6, 2019 at Prugh~Thielen Funeral Home.
    The funeral service for Mrs. Keith will be 10:00 AM Monday, October 7, 2019 at Prugh~Thielen Funeral Home with Pastor Dean Graber officiating. Burial will be in Burlington Memorial Park Cemetery.
    A memorial has been established for diabetes research.
