Jeffries, the famous Hollywood-based car builder has passed away at the age of 80. His best known creations include the Maserati chassied custom Manta Ray, and the Green Hornet's Black Beauty and Monkeemobile TV cars. The one problem as one ages is a lot of folks you remember from your youth seem to go away. Seems to be a lot of that happening lately for me. RIP Dean.
