Dude, spiders will mess you up. I have a highish-tech garage furnace that has to have a little rubber tube cleared every season, because the spiderwebs keep the sensor switch from realizing that outside air is available for combustion, and it won't light the burner. Every solar sensor on the property has to be cleared. Webs hold bits of leaves, so even exhaust vents need brushing from time to time.

They're pretty good at showing where there's a gap in porch screens. The spider sees you as mosquito-bait. I see that as symbiosis.

"Why they call it a spyder" and "Working the bugs out" jokes would be appropriate about now.
