    Nice vert!!! I had a 67 4 dr with a basic V-8, got pulled over with that Rambler (AMC) more times than any other car I ever owned. It really was fast.

      I always thought the Rebel was a good-looking car, better than the '66 Classic it replaced; however I never quite understood what they were trying to do with that scooped-out portion at the bottom of the rear quarters in front of the rear wheel openings!

        I was with my parents when they bought a new '66 Rambler Classic 770 wagon from a local dealer. It was near the end of the '66 model run & I ask the salesman what he knew about the style of the '67's. He said "They have some minor body changes, look almost like this one." My folks bought the '66 and when I saw the newly designed '67's I was disappointed in what the salesman told us because he was wrong! Bill is right; the
        '67 models had a much better 'look' to them over the 1966.
