  • Short funny from The Hudson Club

So my new issue of The Hudson-Essex-Terraplane Club's magazine, The White Triangle News, arrives in today's mail. Interesting reading, as usual; they do a terrific job getting out a four-color publication every two months with barely one fourth of the membership SDC enjoys.

Editor Sam Jackson was discussing the ongoing COVID situation and said,

"I thought The Omicron Variant was a small car imported by Chrysler dealers in the 1970s, but...." BP
We've got to quit saying, "How stupid can you be?" Too many people are taking it as a challenge.

    G. K. Chesterton: This triangle of truisms, of father, mother, and child, cannot be destroyed; it can only destroy those civilizations which disregard it.

If there was a Dodge Omni/Valiant Club they would take offense.

Here I thought Omnicron was a free sample found in the pages of a late seventies Sci-Fi magazine where you 'just add water' that went horribly wrong!
