Yes it is a scam. All cars listed are stolen from other sites. And the listed prices are way too low. Beware! -

I got an email back from the "supposedly owner" of the car. It reads...Hi, I'm Angela! Thanks for contacting and glad to see you're interested. It’s in great condition as you can see, has no issues mechanically, electrically or any other to be noted. The reason I'm selling it is because my husband passed away recently. It was his "baby" and being in a difficult situation atm I decided to sell it. Momentarily I moved with my daughter in Ballwin, MO because I had throat surgery and need special care managing the situation, I'll be staying here for a couple of months. So considering the circumstances, I signed a contract with a shipping company to help me with the sale so they can handle it on my behalf. It's already at the shipping company here all prepped & ready for delivery. The sale includes free delivery within 7-9 days depending on the exact location. I just checked, there is a "ostaylor" (winner on Bring a Trailer) on SDC website and he still has the car.
Angela is a scammer. Kloompy llc is a scam. Buyer beware.
