  • 1951 Commander Land Cruiser

Been part of the forum for some time now, but don’t believe I posted here. Pictures below are recent as of June of this year at the local car show. Vehicle in question is a 1951 Studebaker Land Cruiser, 232 V8 with A/T. I have posted from time to time to request parts and advice for this vehicle. I have also posted concerning other vehicles I have owned in the past. No way of proving it on paper but I believe it to be an all original survivor. Current mileage on the car is 11,900+. Again can’t prove it is original. Would seem to me a little out there to assume 111,900 based on the condition of the engine.

Unless that car has been restored, the interior sure looks like a low mileage original! What a sweet ride!

That's a really beautiful Land Cruiser Brian ! Everything I see points to a very original Car, even that rear Studebaker Dealer License Frame has been on there at least 69 years since the 1956 narrower width Calif. Plates came out, not sure about Oregon or Nevada plates.

There ARE a very few out there, that just never got driven much.
