    Thanks for the info Chris,
Unfortunately this car has had quite a lot of avoidable damage while being transported from the US & maybe around Australia. People tying ropes & chains to the steering arms, lifting with forklifts damaging cross member, rocker, fuel lines, fuel tank, dents in roof from falling objects etc. It looks like it would of been a very straight car before leaving the US, but it is what it is, & will eventually all will be repaired. Not really concerned about a disc brake conversion, fully re built drum brakes have always been fine for me, I 'd like to keep it as original as possible,

    regards, Cus

        Such a great project Cus,
        I had a 63 Lark Daytona Wagon, 6cyl, 3spd w/Overdrive and limited slip rear. I loved that car !!!!
One of my favorite cars in over 50 years of driving. Wish I had never sold it.
The 289, 4 speed in yours will make it such a fun car to drive.
        Thanks for sharing your progress.

ID:	2058396 Really happy with the result, will only need a small amount of fill now.
Also, floors are done, working through each panel & doors, all are in remarkable almost rust free condition, & are blocking up nicely. Primer is all 2 pack epoxy.

ID:	2071142 Some more progress. All panels: doors, trunk, hood, front fenders, whole front clip are all blocked & ready. Roof is all blocked, painted under body with Epoxy Mastic, so ready for the rest of the body & inside now. All the inside & under side of the panels will be finish coated, all the outside blocked & ready for wet sanding & final coat. Final coat is still a while away though, I'll install the gearbox & engine etc. while the front clip is off. I haven't started on the mechanicals yet, regards, Cus Click image for larger version Name:	IMG_4411.jpg Views:	0 Size:	136.6 KB ID:	2071141
