  • Camel's back, straw, some assembly required. Ditched land line phone.

If I were ranting, I'd put it in StoveHuggers. But I'm not ranting, just stating a fact. Got tired of lousy service from Telus on my land line account, and told them to cancel it and send me a final bill.

For anyone here who knows my landline number, there will be an intercept for 90 days to switch you to my cell. Anybody here that wants my cell number, feel free to send a PM via the site.

Just doing this so nobody thinks I have vanished without trace.

    Thanks!

I got rid of Telus over ten years ago and haven't looked back! GOOD RIDDANCE!

Same thing I've done with comcast! tired of their "we're the only ones" attitude, went to Dish TV, more channels, and about half the cost.

This was phone, Jim, not TV. I have been TV-free for many years, now. Although Telus does try to plug their "Optik TV" to all their phone subscribers.

Are you feeling any better now, making a good recovery?

Gord, I've been to Truchu and thought that was vanishing without a trace!

Well, next time you head that way, call my cell or e-mail me. Lots to see here. Weasel rides optional!
