Wouldn't those copies be pre-Studebaker National Museum Brad?
Newman & Altman and SASCO had the Original Line-a-Type Machine that could type out a copy of the Original on one of the remaining Blank Studebaker multi-Page Ratchet feed Forms.
Unfortunately that process is Long Gone.
Now you get a Photocopy of the Original Microfiche or a hand typed recreation of the Paper File Copy, depending if it is for a 1959 or Older Car or a 1960 and Newer Car.
Which is why there is a sizable Price difference between the Two Groups.
To answer the OP's question however; you will get most all available info on the Production Order for how your Car was built: when Ordered, when built, when Shipped, the location shipped to, sometimes the Dealer's Name, the Serial Number, Body Number, Engine Number, Line Number, Key Numbers, the Transportation Co. Routing, the Body Type, the Colors of Interior and Exterior, usually Upholstery Material Type, the Options and accessories that were installed at the factory and included in the trunk for Dealer install per the Dealer's Factory Order, Customer's Sold Order or the factory's "for stock order".
Often some of these, went to the Zone Area pool in some areas of some States.
Keep in mind, that sometimes some of these spaces are blank, especially on the Los Angeles Built Cars which were only up to 1956.
The buyers Name and sometimes the Final selling Dealer's Name has to be researched in the "Shipper" or other Co. Files and report of sale documents on file, charged at a Hourly rate for research by the Studebaker National Museum.Last edited by StudeRich; 09-21-2016, 11:12 PM.StudeRich

On a 1961 model car, the production order, and Drive-Away Shipper if you asked for it, should look like these at the bottom of this link, and they should also have the first Retail Sale computer card by serial no., showing the name and address of original owner.
