Hey Vance....
Try calling Danny at Stephen Allen's Auto in Newberry, Florida.

Tell Danny (or Carol, or Stephen) that Jeff Rice referred you, and they will get one for you.
I am sure they have one, as I do believe I have seen several Champ engines of that vintage there...
Also a good place to search is the Studebaker web-ring...

PS: One thing to remember.... With that dipstick/breather cap....
Always keep the flat of the dipstick parallel to the crankshaft centerline.
Otherwise you may get a ticking noise that sounds all the world like a loose tappet (except it is at crank speed instead of cam speed)..
