Projected weather for next weekend call for temps to be 65-low 70's. Tonight they are calling for 2'' of snow. Weather should not be an excuse for not showing up.

Remember what the weather was like last year, almost to the day??
For that reason alone I'm glad they moved it forward a week!

            York weather

Last year, people were asking if I was taking a trailer load of snow back to Texas. We got over a ft. on Thurs morning.
The snow plow arrived at 5 a.m. to scrape up the 1/2" of snow that was there at the time & disappeared, never to return as it piled up, making exiting in the evening difficult. The only purpose he served was to give those of us sleeping on the grounds an unwanted early wake-up call.
This year, the better weather should attract far more attendees.
Emails I sent to Bob Schaeffer re a space have been ignored thus far.

If you think it is not unusual to shovel snow and wear flip flops in the same week, you might be from Pennsylvania.

TX rebel, did you and Bob Sheaffer get connected?? I spoke to him shortly after your posting. I believe there was a cancellation of three spaces in old main if that will accommodate you. If not there will be space available in Horticultural Hall where the Raffle cars and in which I delegate the spaces Thanks for the interest. Gordon Kertzel BTW Bob's phone number is 717 341 3141

I'm looking forward to some warm weather in York. Last year, we got delayed a day by a big snow storm. Here's what it looked like at my house a year ago, the winter when we got 110 inches of snow.
