got my car back yesterday....all done. Driving it to Zamora today then it's time to clean the bugs off for a trip to Stockton next Saturday. Sure to pick up lots more bugs on my way through the delta. I'll have to toss my detail suitcase in the trunk.

TRAFFIC ALERT: Westbound Hwy 4 from Hwy 99 to Interstate 5 will be CLOSED Saturday for repairs....take the 120 to the 5 if you're coming up 99.

I took my good friend and kind-of-employer Joyce, and we had a great time. A BIG thankyou to the Karel Staple chapter for such a gracious welcome to us. Also thanks to all who brought their wonderful cars to share! Loved seeing every single one of them! Most especially that beautiful blue GT Hawk and the dark green '63 Champ!
