I gave up on these guys years ago and after several emails that went absolutely no where I abandoned the 1963 R1 Wagonaire project and dumped it on EBAY with a ton of NOS parts for less than $2,000.00. I could not bring myself to restore the car without being able to get original seat covers.

I received all my Wagonaire upholstery from them in a very timely manner and in great shape. I don't think anyone is saying that in the past they may have had problems but they seem to have overcome whatever the cause was and reply and ship promptly now. Everyone should get a second chance! Give them a try.
