Somebody help me quick before I lose this picture. It's a rat rod at a car show and I was hoping to get an answer while the car is still there. I told the owner (who didn't know) that I have access to some brilliant automotive minds that might be able to tell me. If you can post a picture of the original car showing the headlight, that would be a bonus.

help identifying headlight
At the risk of being thrown off the General Studebaker discussion, I am posting this picture of a headlight to see if I can find someone that can tell me what kind of car it came from. I doubt that it came from a Studebaker but I don't know how to post pictures on stovehuggers.

Thanks for the lead. I did some research and it looks like it is probably 1928 Buick. The only one with the scroll work around the headlamp but a bullet shaped back. Prior to 28 it looks like they were all flat back.
Tried to get a picture off the interweb but didn't get a great one.
Thanks, I knew I could count on this grouip.Jon Stalnaker
