Not at all familiar with the top. Is it completely rigid, or could it be folded up to put in the trunk? Not too keen on the top's appearance or the satin black paint.

The company apparently goes well back into the 50s. You do have to wonder what structural reinforcement went into this.

A Carson top is a solid piece and should just lift off. It's not a brand but a style that originated back in 50s on custom cars.
