I saw Bill McDowell just three weeks ago (March 15) at our annual Indy Chapter White Elephant auction to raise money for the chapter. He and Lois were both there in good spirits.

You couldn't tell he had broken his neck to talk to him, but he did have a limited range of motion from side to side. 'Said he felt fine...and he looked good. BP
