Anne, just curious - where exactly, has this thing been hiding? I remember a place near Reedly that a guy had one of these (In WAY worse condition!) and a GT as well. JDP and I collaborated on buying and selling the GT, but the 61 was more of a parts stash than any sort of resto project.[xx(]

    Miscreant adrift in
    the BerStuda Triangle

    1957 Transtar 1/2ton
    1960 Larkvertible V8
    1958 Provincial wagon
    1953 Commander coupe

No deceptive flags to prove I'm patriotic - no biblical BS to impress - just ME and Studebakers - as it should be.

Well the guy that had it wouldn't tell me exactly where he got it. But he was friends with the guy who owned it. The guy passed away about 15 years ago. He lives by Clovis avenue and Tulare Street. If that helps. He also mentioned two other Hawks that he knew about. But he wouldn't reveal where. Then David said oh the ones on 49 he said yes thats them. One is a Golden Hawk. David has watched them go down hill for the past 15 years or so. Not for sale you Know the drill.
