49 Starlight trunk hinge question.

The left (drivers side) trunk hinge on my 49 Starlight has seen better days. Will any of the 47-52 trunk hinges fit? Or were there differences in the hinge on sedans, and Starlight bodies?

You need 49 to 52 Two DR sedan or Starlight hinges. Both used the same, longer trunk lid. Convertibles and 4 DR sedans used common hinges, but the trunk lids were shorter, thus the hinges were different then the 2 DR Sedans. I'm not sure about the business coupes, but I think they are common to the 2 DR sedans.
