Anyone near Dallas that can do a inspection? Need help.

I am interested in purchasing a car near Dallas and would like a member to do an on site inspection of the car. It is a 53 Commander that has had a frame off in about 1999. I have been in contact with the owner and we are close to a deal, this inspection could help me in this decision.
