    Very nice, Dave; thanks for the post. That is significant!

    An interesting bit of trivia, too: Assuming the 1958 Golden Hawk is painted in its original color combination of Midnight Black Lower / White Gold Upper, it is one of only four (!) 1958 Golden Hawks that left the factory in that distinctive two-tone configuration. BP

      I love this restoration especially the front to back rake and height over the wheels. Not every restoration is done this way (probably overlooked for some reason) and it seriously seems to hurt the overall design.

        There's another fairly rare option on that 1958 Golden Hawk, visible in the photos.

        About 10% of the 1958 Golden Hawks had that option.
