    sorry, couldn't resist posting. I guess you're always free to ask whatever you want for your property, but me thinks this is a tad optimistic. junior

        Not much info in the ad. There may be a bunch of good stuff that goes with it. The asking price may be optimistic, but you can always come down if it doesn't sell. The ad I looked at says $10,500.00.
