    JB, you have the rare one, 64 R2 car. I was looking out for one of those but none were popping up so I settled for Joe's car, an R1.
    Probably will have to do a 57 Golden Hawk next.

    Black, my favorite color, keep us posted as it goes thru the restoration. Looks to be a nicer car than the red one I am working on,couldn't see leaves filling the engine room.......lol.

    Yes, they were used briefly in the Winter of 79 - while My father's 62 Lark was down for some work "the daily driver at the time"

    Brian, some how I knew You had a longer list of Cars to deal with - from the last time You told Me when the BIG R1 would arrive DOWN UNDER . this really just confirms now " the stirring up this un-usual Hawk will receive ", thanks for the update.

    Thanks Joe, you are a gentleman to deal with and a special thanks for helping us out on all those spare parts as well!
    Talk soon and I will post some pic as we get into restoring the Hawk but it won't be arriving in OZ for another two months.
