Since I saw the updated pictures, my buffer has been bouncin around on the workbench, just itchin to get a glisten on that paint. I'd betcha that car would shine up like a new penny if I could have an hour with it.

I went and drove the car today--it does drive very well. It would be an easy restoration for someone, but I wasn't really looking for another project.
It appears to have had a respray at some point (or at least a partial one--I found a couple of runs on the passenger side), there's a small amount of damage to one of the rocker panels. The floors are solid (the carpets are missing in the front, so it was easy to inspect them.) Aside from needing carpet, the door panels need restored and a few odds and ends inside. Pot metal is pitted and needs re-chromed, but wouldn't be embarrassing on a driver. Basically, it needs cosmetics and a good cleaning and I'd give it a good tune-up as it hasn't seen much use in the last couple of years.
This would be a great first project for someone that could be driven during it.

about 1-1/2 hours. If my other project was done, I'd be all over this one--there's something very appealing about it. It will be a nice car for someone.

You can see the difference in paint color between the panels in photo #2 in post #10. Also thin paint showing at the rear of the hood and rear top of the fender in photo #5, same post.KURTRUK
