I need some kind of permission to view the pictures at this link. Is this the Lark I saw in the H.A.M.B. classifieds? It sounds just like the one you have purchased. I drooled on my key board a lot when I saw it. If it is yours, or yours is just like it, you are a lucky many and I no longer have to try to figure out I could get it as it is now in good Studebaker hands.Joe Roberts

Thanks for viewing my post. The badge on the grill is R1, with hubcaps to match..Originally posted by 57hawk View PostSScopelli, now I remember reading about your seven day build back in June. You have an amazing car and I would be proud to have mine set next to yours....!!!
The 60 "looks" like a Gem and a nice restore.

Joe, I got this from Legens Hot Rod in Martin TN. Steve had it on ebay. He probably had it on H.A.M.B. too. I LOVE this car. I have had a hundred Studes, at least 20 I could drive. Mostly Hawks but this one may be the best of all.....Originally posted by JRoberts View PostI need some kind of permission to view the pictures at this link. I think I have opened it up so anyone can see the pics now.
Thank you SScopelli for posting them. I haven't figured out how to do that yet.

May have been this guy-- he seems to have been from Memphis originally and to have been pretty talented:
It also could be his father, who was still alive in Memphis as of 2010, per the obituary.
