Thanks for the kind words, Bob, but much of this would not be there without the input from a lot of other owners and contributors. Things were being filed away, as far back as 1985, because so much info was being lost through attrition of our members. Originally it was only a personal reference, but in the early 90's when ISP's became robust enough to host a large site, it went online. Much of it was on the "Patriot.net/~jonroq" site for over 15 years, but only public since 96' and my current domain name is only a year old.
I recently asked for and was given permission from SDC and the Turning Wheels editors to place items from the old issues of "TW" online, so the site will continue to get larger. I just wish I could make the eye candy better...

The ORIGINAL steel and rubber bushings work fine, do not have an excessively fast wear rate like on cars, so have no reason to be "upgraded" and are available at the Studebaker Vendors.

There ARE no Delrin bushings for Trucks, that I know of.

So, does anyone else here have delrin bushings on a C-cab, especially in the front? What do you all recommend?

Just for information, I have delrin bushings for the springs on 1/2 ton trucks. Some on this forum have used them.
                        Thanks,
                        Chuck

Gotta add an "amen" to this thread - I found Bob's site invaluable when rebuilding my front suspension. Thanks for being so committed to the common good!
