"Rather attractive" indeed! I like the subtle red pinstripe too

Congratulations on reviving such a nice example. Just in time for the Summer cruises, too!

Although I don't need another car I couldn't bear to turn down a 64 ragtop & seeing yours gives me goose bumps. I have always loved the style of that front end from the days when the billboards were common. Good to see you giving it the proper respect it deserves.

VERY sharp Daytona Convert John. That IS amazing, an actual Car Appraiser certifying it to be a 289 FORD!

              Cool, John; 'lookin' good. BP
We've got to quit saying, "How stupid can you be?" Too many people are taking it as a challenge.

Thanks everyone for the kind words! Hey AKA, My invoice says "VintageAir Mini Gen II with def" for the system. For the compressor it says "sd 508 134" (I just Googled that #, and that part appears to be Sanden - which the installer actually didn't mention to me) the important thing to me though is that it all works well because A/C is not a luxury down here in South Texas - it's totally necessary! Good luck! John

If anyone is interested in a ratty 1964 red convertible for $4500.00.
It has a AM/FM original radio but no tittle. It was stored in my building but no rent paid for20 years.
