Am I the only person that don't understand how to post a profile pic?

While you are logged in- hit the 'Forum actions' drop-down and select 'edit profile'.
Next (under my settings) select 'edit profile picture'.

You can do up your 'avatar' there as well.
mine might change in the coming days...
