One with a record player, but the same NUMBER? If they are different, that seems very unlikely. Where do they say Studebaker?

Philco used part number of which the first two digest were the year that they were designed.
A 4627 radio is for the 1947 Models.
        No record players were available.
In 1947 only the large records were available.

In addition to that radio fitting 1947-49 cars, it will also fit 49 to I believe 53 or so trucks

I do not believe that Studebaker ever offered an accessory record player.

Philco certainly did make home radios and record players. I wonder if they had some sort of cross-promotion going on in '47 to sell a home radio/record player along with the car radio in a new Studebaker? Cars of all kinds were selling like hotcakes, of course, and maybe somebody dreamed up a way to sell more car radios, which were still an expensive luxury at the time. It would very easy to make a "Philco for Studebaker" decal for the home radio, even at the dealership level.
