Very true, Ebon. One thing about it is, my aunt has decided to get married in Daytona that weekend... (She's a car person) If that isn't an excuse to go, I don't know what is!

Which is why I'll be in Detroit. I've heard this is a great event. I hope to be able to make it at some point. But I don't get to see the family as much as I'd like. Nothing like getting fat from Mom's dinner, screaming at the TV because the Lions are so bad, and missing the second half because I fell asleep from all the food .

I'm going (to spectate) the Good Guys Southeast Nationals here in Tampa the second weekend in October. I went last year and had a nice time. I'll probably spend more time in the swap meet area this year.

Note the past tense, went. My Lark is in Colorado, where we made a Good Guys and the NSRA in June this year.

We are in Washington right now, but will be in the Tampa area in December. I attended 8th and 9th at Brandon HIgh ( a 7-12 school then).
