Finally found it... it's at Rudy's BBQ 315 South 31st Street, Colorado Springs. Starts at 5PM... However I don't think I will be able to make it due to too many things going on, Darn It!

So did anyone get a picture of Frank in his one size fits all Hee Haw overalls? When I saw him approach, I thought it was the funniest thing I had ever seen. Then he walked away. We couldn't get our cameras out fast enough. Someone has to have a picture.
